The EPS thermal insulation board is a thermoplastic material. It contains 300–600 thousands of independent airtight bubbles in each cubic meter volume. The volume of the air contains more than 98%. Because of the small thermal conductivity of the air (0.029) and the enclosed air in the foam plastics, it can not convection, so EPS is made into a material with excellent thermal insulation performance.
