A certain amount of foaming agent and water vapor is retained in the beads after the EPS foam machinery is released. When the machine is released, it condenses into a liquid, and the liquid foaming agent is dissolved in polystyrene so that the pressure in the bubble decreases rapidly. Negative pressure (partial vacuum) occurs in the bubble, and the beads are very soft and easy to deform. Therefore, the air pressure should not be too high, the inner wall of the air duct should be as smooth as possible, and the bending radius should be as large as possible (to reduce the collision resistance). The pipeline should be a good conductor of electricity, and the whole line must be grounded to avoid electrostatic ignition. The transmission speed should not exceed 8m / s to avoid particle damage.
