The foaming process is too heat the raw particles to vaporize the pentane adsorbed on the molecular chain to cause the volume of the particles to expand, so that the particles are easily stuck together. As long as the steam pressure is small or the heating time is short.

There are, of course, other reasons, for example:

Lack of external skid or discomfort in proportion
There is fine powder in the raw material
The raw materials have been stored for too long
The steam pressure is too high
Too much steam
