The foam compactor is a press block machine for the compression of the EPS foam. According to the characteristics of the foam briquetting machine and the local culture, the foam briquetting machine is also known as a polystyrene foam reduction machine, and EPS briquetting machine, a foam cold press, and the like. The principle is to compress the EPS foam into a block with a screw compression mechanism. When in use, the operator can break the foam block as long as the foam block is put into the hopper, and the screw mechanism then presses the small EPS foam into a square-shaped compression block. The compacting machine can be used in several common foams such as cold pressing, hot melting, hydraulic pressure and the like. The front end of the compression section is provided with a pressure adjusting device for adjusting the compression ratio. According to the characteristics of the raw materials, the compression ratio can be up to 30~40 times, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the volume of the EPS, so as to facilitate the long-distance transportation and reduce the shortage and transportation cost.
