There are two necessary factors for the formation of foam, one is the foaming agent solution, the other is air, these two factors are inseparable from the two. Without foaming agent solution, no liquid film will be formed around the gas, and there will be no bubbles. Without gas, the foaming agent solution alone cannot form foam.
In the bubble formation system, the gas is the dispersed phase, the gas is dispersed in the liquid to form bubbles, the blowing agent solution is the dispersion medium, and the bubbles are formed by numerous bubbles. In addition to the properties of the blowing agent, the introduction of gas in the blowing agent solution is also an important factor. The foaming machine adopts a certain method to introduce gas into the liquid, that is, the introduction of gas into the liquid must be completed by the foaming machine.
