It is considered that the smaller the bending deformation of the plate is, the better it is, which refers to the size deformation rate of the wall on the plate after aging. The index specified in gb/t29906-2013 “thin plastering exterior wall insulation system of molded polystyrene board” is ≤ 0.3%. The smaller the index is, the better.
Bending deformation is an index related to the melting property of sheet metal, and it is an index to characterize the bond properties of polystyrene particles after foaming. When resisting external force test, the deformation distance of sheet metal or the pressure value of fracture (an index of resistance to external force) is recorded.
