Foamed plastic is a plastic with many small bubbles inside the foam. The foam box, or fully automatic foam machine, is a box type packing container made of foam plastic. So what data and equipment do we need to produce EPS foam boxes?
If it’s steam heated foaming, it uses expandable polystyrene, which is foam beads. If EPS machine is extrusion foaming, PS particles and butane foaming agent are used.
The demand equipment includes EPS preconditioner, EPS molding machine and matching mold, steam boiler (also can directly buy steam), steam storage tanks, air compressors, compressed air storage tanks, EPS silos (storage of foam particles and other auxiliary parts after the preheater foaming, such as fans, pipelines, wires and so on).
