The classification and performance of the sports shoe soles:
(1) Rubber
It is used for the outsole of various sports shoes; advantages: good wear resistance, non-slip, elastic, not easy to break, good softness, good extensibility, stable shrinkage, good hardness and good flexibility. Disadvantages: heavy weight, easy to spit frost (a quality issue), not easy to corrode (environmental protection issues).
(2) PU
High molecular polyurethane synthetic material, often used in the midsole of basketball and tennis shoes, and can also be directly used in the outsole of casual shoes. Advantages: high density, high hardness, wear resistance, good elasticity, good oxidation resistance, easy to corrode, environmentally friendly, and not easy to wrinkle. Disadvantages: strong water absorption, easy to yellow, easy to break, poor elongation, not water resistant, perishable at the bottom.
(3) EVA
Vinyl acetate copolymer, polymer material. Commonly used in jogging, walking, casual shoes, foot training shoes midsole. Advantages: light, good elasticity, good flexibility, not easy to wrinkle, has excellent colorability, suitable for various climates. Rubber. EVA is a foam bottom material. It becomes hard and flat after a long time. Rubber will not. More wear-resistant. It must be rubber. Rubber is wear-resistant, and the friction is not slippery. It is quiet when walking. The feet are also comfortable. The advantage of EVA is that it is very light, but it is very slippery after wearing it for a long time. . Wear-resistant or rubber, EVA foam material is lighter.
