Set the feeding amount, set the weighing switch to the automatic position, set the counter to the required number of times, confirm the time set for each step, and wait for the signal that the material is full. Turn on the fan and screening machine, set the selection button to automatic, press the preheating button, and after preheating for 6 minutes, the preheating machine will automatically repeat the preheating process according to the preset number of times.
2. The end of pre-feeding When the last operation is over and the weight of the raw materials left in the hopper is insufficient, turn the switch to semi-automatic, press the “Remaining pre-feed” button, the remaining material will be pre-feed within 5s shorter than the previous process. Finish. This switch is only valid within 50~300s of the previous operation, and it needs to be done manually if it exceeds this range. Shut down in fully automatic mode and manually clean the drum to remove the beads left in the pre-shot drum. Close the steam and air main valve and cut off the power.
