At the same time, in the product design, it should also be reduced as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the strength, in order to speed up the production cycle and meet the needs of our packaging and telecommunications industry for timely delivery;
② The contact part between the package and the product should be properly selected, that is, the package should be in contact with the stronger part of the product itself, especially the parts that are more easily damaged, and the contact area should be as large as possible so that the load can be evenly distributed. Distribution; in the EPS molding process, the thickness fluctuates greatly and the turning points are the parts of the EPS itself that are easily damaged by pressure. If the packaging itself is damaged, it is impossible to protect the packaged objects;
③ Under the same conditions, more ribs should be used. First of all, the ribs of the cushioning package have better cushioning effect than the ribs. When the product falls to the ground, the impact force is transmitted from the outside to the inside in turn, and the ribs are fully deformed outside the cushioning package during the impact process, so Its buffering effect is good; secondly, under the same conditions, the forming of the ribs is also easier than that of the ribs, the ribs are outside the cavity, and the ribs are inside.
