The method of using the coating inspection is as follows:
1. Tear off one corner of the laminated proof sheet in the width direction, hold down the paper, and tear it all apart. If the print on the surface of the printed matter is transferred to the film along with the adhesive layer and the fibers of the paper, it means that the printed matter is sticking to the film. In good condition, it is a qualified product.
2. Put the coated samples into the drying tunnel, bake at 60~65 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes, if there is no foaming, no delamination, no wrinkles, it is a qualified product. After baking, the peeling film should not be separated from the paper perfectly.
3. Soak the sample in cold water for 1 hour and then take it out. If the plastic film does not separate from the printed matter, it is a qualified product.
4. Put the sample on the indenter to apply pressure, if the concave and convex parts extruded do not delaminate, it is a qualified product.
To sum up, the coated samples can be put into mass production after passing through one or more inspection methods and meeting the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the sample is unqualified, and the pressure adjustment process is re-tested until the inspection is qualified.
