1. Fully automatic foam molding machine
1. Using PLC programmable control machinery and touch screen foam machinery control, it can produce various foam plastic products that are difficult to form, difficult to demould and have high moisture content.
2. Equipped with a high-pressure feeding system, the mold feeding speed is fast and the material can be sufficient. The same feeding can be installed with 25-36 automatic feeding guns.
3. The product ejection frame is moved by double cylinders, the movement is stable, the work is coordinated, and the product will not be damaged.
4. The automatic foam molding machine is equipped with a vacuum system to speed up the molding speed of foam plastic products, shorten the cooling time, and reduce the moisture content of foam plastic products.
2. Semi-automatic foam molding machine
1. Compact structure, space-saving, reliable performance, convenient maintenance, saving manpower and materials, each person can operate 2-4 machines at the same time.
2. The imported hydraulic transmission system is adopted, which increases the mold clamping force and speed, shortens the molding cycle and saves energy.
3. The entire control system is realized by using imported PLC programmable computer and DOPA man-machine interface touch screen, which has the functions of complete functions and convenient parameter adjustment. It is controlled automatically by mold closing, feeding, foaming, mold opening, and air removal, and can realize product control in computer production.
