1. Definition of foam molding machine
When used in product packaging, a machine that injects raw materials that can produce plastic foam into the gap between the container and the content lined with film, and forms a foam cushioning material that tightly wraps the content through a chemical reaction.
2. The working principle of the foam molding machine
Foam does not appear out of thin air, it must be produced by foaming equipment through special procedures.
Foaming equipment is a device that can make a certain concentration of aqueous solution (foaming agent) into foam.
The blowing agent itself cannot become a foam automatically, it must pass through the mechanical action of the foaming machine to become a foam.
The foaming equipment itself cannot produce foam out of thin air. It introduces air into the foaming agent aqueous solution and disperses it evenly to achieve the largest possible contact surface between liquid and gas, so that the surfactant in the foaming agent forms on the surface of the liquid film. The electric double layer surrounds the air, forming individual bubbles.
Foaming machine and foaming agent are a technical system that cooperates with each other and cannot function alone.
