3. The hydraulic system is used to control the opening, closing, ejecting and locking of the mould. Compared with the pneumatic device, the hydraulic system has the characteristics of good stability, high pressure, incompressibility, less operation failure, large clamping force, high reliability, and no serious leakage in operation. It can reduce energy consumption, improve the production environment, and increase production efficiency by 3%-10%.
4. Adopt automatic feeding gun and negative pressure feeding to improve production efficiency, make the sheet density uniform and the appearance smooth.
5. The steam control system adopts automatic ball valve control, which makes the machine performance more stable, safe and long-lasting.
6. All pipelines are automatically controlled, equipped with various automatic safety protection measures such as overpressure alarm and automatic decompression, and three-level protection measures such as computer monitoring, pressure feedback, and automatic exhaust of electronically controlled full-open safety valves.
7. Use the hydraulic cylinder to open the mold cavity from the front and push the plate sideways, which saves nearly half of the working area compared with pushing the plate from the length direction. The mold cavity is only opened on one side to reduce steam leakage, which not only saves energy, but also facilitates product molding, increasing the safety factor of the equipment.
8. The whole process is divided into three heating and heat preservation. It has the characteristics of strong permeability, good adhesion, fast forming speed, low air consumption, smooth board surface, and energy saving.
9. The operating program of this machine is controlled by computer, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic control, realizing full automation, which makes the program action of this machine accurate, reliable, safe and efficient. Each program can work according to the preset time and analog input signal, and automatically switch to the next program. Therefore, it can produce boards with different densities within the range of 4-35kg/m3, and has the ability to adapt to different process requirements. One machine is multi-purpose, one machine is multi-purpose.
