It is made of expandable polystyrene. After pre-foaming, drying and solidification, the machine automatically introduces the raw material beads into the mold cavity, then heats them with steam, keeps them warm, melts and heats them, and after exhaust cooling and molding, the foam products are automatically pushed out of the mold by compressed air and ejector pins.
