The machine adopts auto vacuum control system in feeding heating, temperature keeping precess (in vacuum cool block)
The vacuum system is made up of vacuum tanks, vacuum condensate tank, high-efficiency watering vacuum pump and so on.
The machine is welded by qualified shape steel, after rust cleaning polishing, leveling and aging treatment, the machine has a high strength. The block moulding is fast, the panels are uniform, the panels have low moisture content, and small distortion.
THE MOULD CHAMBER ADOPTS TEFLON (Optional), which makes the de-moulding easy.
Adopts three Germany gauges and safety valve for multi-safety protection. The machine will be tested by water pressure and steam, ensure the machine more stable and safe.
Three ball valves, comparing one big team valve control system, saves % steam, with ISO standard butterfly valves, greatly improve stability and long life.
Adopts PLC and touch screen (Siemens) for easy operation.
The foam pressure sensor is optional and whole procedure for filling, heating cooling will be controlled automatically PLC.
Block conveying line and electronic weighing scale for the machine is optional.
