2. How to use the EPS foam machine:
1. The voltage of this product is 380V, and it adopts a three-phase four-wire system. The user can connect the power supply according to the specified direction of the pump.
2. Before use, add water to the water jacket and air storage tank of the two material storage tanks, which shall not be regarded as pipelines.
3. Open the automatic feeding door and turn on the automatic feeding switch to complete the automatic feeding procedure.
4. Set a certain time on the pouring machine relay, then open the cut-off door of the sample port, turn on the automatic feed switch, weigh the weight and weight difference of the discharged material within the set time, and adjust the A and B cut-off stations , so that it is balanced to achieve the ratio required by the job.
5. The pouring time can be set between 0-99.9 seconds, and the setting accuracy is 1%.
6. After setting the pouring time, start the gas supply switch, and pull the wrench switch to start pouring. When the set working time is reached, pouring will stop automatically. However, air should be supplied automatically for 3-5 seconds to clean residual material. Turn off the wrench switch, flush the tip with water and air to finish the job.
3. Precautions for the use of EPS foam machine:
1. Pay attention to add water to the water jacket of the bucket before use, and release water in time when it stops in winter.
2. When adding liquid, be careful not to add materials A and B wrongly, so as not to damage the machine and cause accidents.
3. When the pouring machine is out of service, the gun head must be cleaned for future use.
