1. PLC programmable controller and touch screen foam plastic mechanical control can produce various plastic products that are difficult to form, difficult to form and have high moisture content.
2. The mold is equipped with a high-pressure feeding system, and the amount of material is sufficient. 25-36 pieces of automatic feeding can be installed at the same feeding port.
3. The product ejection frame adopts double-cylinder movement, the movement is stable, the work is coordinated, and there is no product ejection damage.
4. The automatic foam molding machine is equipped with a vacuum system to speed up the molding speed of foam plastic products, shorten the cooling time, and reduce the water content of foam plastic. Semi-automatic foaming machine: 1 set, compact structure, space-saving, reliable performance, convenient maintenance, labor-saving and material-saving, 2-4 sets per person at the same time. 2. The imported hydraulic transmission system increases the closing force, improves the mold closing speed, shortens the forming cycle and saves energy.
5. The whole control system is realized by imported PLC programmable computer and DOPA man-machine interface touch screen, with complete functions and convenient parameter adjustment. The automatic control of mold closing, material feeding, foaming, mold opening and demoulding can realize product control in computer production.
