This pre-expander is used in conjunction with a commercially available foam generator to achieve consistent bead size and shape. The auto pre-expander allows the user to precisely control the foam density, thereby improving the quality of the final product.
1. This machine applies PLC and touch screen, automatic feeding, electronic weighing, temperature control, material level control to realize automatic and continuous production.
2. Electronic weighing system and material level control system, Korean vibration sensor, proportional valves of steam and compressed air to ensure the density of the foamed beads tolerance within 1%.
3. Density range 12~120g/l, used to make beads for helmet, beehives and other high destiny products.
