All frame of the E type EPS shape moulding machine with vacuum are welded onto 16/20mm steel plate with high machines legs. This greatly improves the polystyrene molding machine’s machine strength.
High machine legs are made by a strong “H” type profile. It is easy for the client to install the EPS molding machine (only prepare floor foundation).
Filling system: Adopts both normal pressure filling and vacuum filling. Material filling of the Styrofoam molding machine is controlled by a level sensor with double rotation chamber discharge and has 44 filling outlets.
Steam system: Adopts new pipe design for steam with a double steam valve controlled and quick release valve and High frequency solenoid valve with pressure sensor gauge. This greatly improves the steam accuracy of the EPS Styrofoam molding machine and reduces consumption by around 20% compared with a normal EPS shape molding machine.
The cooling system of the shape molding machine: Big vacuum pump with vertical tank, equipped with vertical vacuum cooling water spray on the top. The vacuum cooling of the EPS molding machine will be used as main cooling instead of water cooling (normally water cooling will be set up only 8-12s), which will keep the water content of product less than 10%.
Drainage system: Increased large for inlet and outlet of mould for the polystyrene automatic molding machine , adopts 8-1” inlet foe steam, ensuring fast cycle time,6/8-2” outlet for drainage system, 6” big drainage pipe is controlled by butterfly valve, Together they greatly increase heating and drainage speed.
Control system:
Adopts PLC (Siemens) and touch screen (Siemens) making the operation of the EPS automatic molding machine easy.
All electronic components are from famous brands, which greatly improve the Styrofoam molding machines’ stability.
