01Main Features

There are four kinds of operating mode (automatic,semi-automatic,pause-startup and manual operation)with safe-guard protective device to ensure safe operation.

This machine applies advanced electrical and hydraulic integration system,which improves the moulding speed,lowers the energy consumption remarkably and reduces the environmental pollution.

This machine can provide different kinds of foam articles with lower moisture content, high foaming speed and lower consumption of energy.

This machine saves steam, manpower, improves efficiency, and is easy to operate. Each person can operate multiple machines at the same time.

The machine uses the equilibrium valve to make sure that the steam pressure inside the mould is uniform and the temperature remains the same.

All frames are welded by 16/20mm steel plate, very strong. Machine legs are made by high-strength H type steel profile, foundation is not required from clients.
