There are some difference of this eps cutting machine with simple foam cutting machine,this machine is with multiple horizontal and vertical cutting wires,as well as multiple down cutting wires.So,it can work with horizontal/vertical/down cutting eps block into diffrent pcs.
The eps cutting machine takes steel square tube and big power of motor and voltage transformer.These configuration can make the eps cutter heavy duty machine.
The hot wires are mounted on the holding screw manually,it makes the gap of hot wires adjustable,so,the cutting thickness of eps block are adjustable.
Foam cutting work on the eps cutting machine uses nichrome hot wire to cut through eps styrofoam materiasl. The wire can be heated with electricity conduction on the machine.Hot wire moves through the eps styrofoam material linearly and melts it.
