Three, torches and wearing parts
The dirt of the torch and consumables has a great influence on the function of the plasma system. When replacing the consumables, please put it on the clean fluff, carefully check the connection thread of the torch, and clean the electrode contact surface and nozzle with hydrogen peroxide.
4. Double-axis guide rail
Too much dust on the dual-axis guide rails will make the cutting machine inaccurate because it will affect the lateral movement. When cleaning, just use a brush or a rag to clean directly, simple but necessary.

First, safe operation:

2. Weekly maintenance and maintenance:
1. Clean the machine every week, clean the horizontal and vertical guide rails, transmission gears, racks, and inject lubricating oil.
2. Check the horizontal and vertical track wipers if they are not working properly, please replace them immediately.
3. Clean up the garbage at the ignition port, make the ignition normal, and check whether all cutting torches are loose.
4. If there is an automatic lifting device, check whether it is sensitive and whether to replace the probe.
