We have the second time mixing device, mixing more evenly; generally other factory just have one time mixing,one time mixing easily mix unevenly, we have second time mixing,increasing the viscosity of the slurry, the longer the mixing time will have the higher the viscosity;
After first time mixing will discharge to the second time mixer uniform mixing, then pour into injection pump, then casting to the mold car.
The biggest advantage is that when the secondary mixer mixing and the fist mixer can be fed mixing once again, this is a recycling operation, not a single operation, it greatly reducing the mixing time, improve production efficiency.
Our equipment does not require any steam curing measures, the wall plate heat dissipation temperature can reached 70 degrees, which is our core technology.
