Expandable polystyrene foam (EPS) is widely used in construction, roof insulation, decoration, underground waterproofing, roads, packaging and other fields. Such as wall and foundation insulation, inverted roof, EPS sandwich panel, steel grid sandwich panel, architectural modeling, etc. EPS trigger is a special equipment for producing thermal insulation products. It uses EPS as raw material. After pre-foaming (initial foaming), drying and curing, the EPS plate-making machine automatically sends the pre-foaming beads into the mold cavity, and then heats them with steam for secondary foaming, heat preservation, and melting molding. After the exhaust gas is cooled and solidified, the product is automatically ejected from the mold with the ejector pin. At present, EPS foam sheet molding machines generally use timing switch steam valves according to process requirements. Due to environmental temperature changes, materials, etc., the secondary foaming is often difficult to reach the state, resulting in serious waste of heat energy, poor adhesion of sheet metal products, and tensile strength that cannot meet the requirements.
