1. Automatic foam molding machine

2. Equipped with a high-pressure feeding system, the feeding speed is fast and the feeding energy is sufficient. Compatible with 25-45 feed guns.
3. The product is pushed out of the frame by double oil cylinders, the movement is stable, the work is coordinated, and the product will not be damaged.
4. The automatic foam molding machine is equipped with a vacuum system, which can speed up the molding speed of foam plastic products, shorten the cooling time and reduce the water content of foam plastic products.
2. Semi-automatic foaming machine
1. Compact structure, easy operation, saving 2-4 machines per person.
2. The imported hydraulic transmission system can increase the clamping force, increase the clamping speed, shorten the forming cycle and save energy.
3. By introducing PLC programmable computer and DOPA human-machine interface touch screen, the whole control system has the characteristics of complete functions and convenient parameter adjustment. Mold closing, material feeding, forming, mold opening, air lift, fully automatic control, and can control the procedures of each link of product production.
