There are two necessary factors for the formation of foam, one is the foaming agent solution, and the other is air, these two factors are inseparable. Without a blowing agent solution, no liquid film will form around the gas, and there will be no bubbles. Without gas, foaming agent solutions alone cannot form foams.
In the bubble forming system, the gas is the dispersed phase, the gas is dispersed in the liquid to form bubbles, the foaming agent solution is the dispersion medium, and many bubbles form bubbles. In addition to the properties of the blowing agent, the introduction of gas in the blowing agent solution is also an important factor. The foaming machine adopts a certain method to introduce gas into the liquid, that is, the introduction of gas into the liquid must be completed by the foaming machine.
Three, EPS foaming machine process
1. Feeding and mixing: Add the cement, foaming agent, and classification, principle, and process strength of the EPS foaming machine to the mixer through the feeding system, and dry mix for 30 seconds. ;
2. Stirring: Add the warm water for the classification, principle and process of the EPS foaming machine into the mixer, and stir for 2 minutes; add the foaming agent for the classification, principle and process of the EPS foaming machine to the mixer and stir for 8-15 seconds;
3. Injection foaming: Immediately inject the slurry into the mold for foaming;
4 Initial curing: After the injection molding is completed, let it stand for several hours for initial curing;
5 Demoulding: the initial setting of the foam cement insulation board is completed, and demoulding after reaching the initial strength;
6 Cutting: After demoulding, a certain strength of foamed cement insulation board blanks can be cut, and the cutting specifications can be adjusted according to the needs of the cutting blade;
7 Finished product maintenance: The maintenance cycle is not less than 7 days.
