Operating procedures:
1. When cutting, the operator must ensure that all components can work normally, whether the system power supply voltage meets the requirements, and whether there is air leakage in the gas pipeline. The connecting pipeline, oxygen meter, gas meter, and power supply must be thoroughly checked, and the work can be started only after confirmation.
2. During work, the operator must completely cut off the power supply, turn off the gas, and stop the cutting machine at the designated position.
3. During maintenance, it is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the power supply of the servo motor on the CNC cutting machine.
4. The inside and outside of the CNC cutting machine control box and operation box should be kept clean to prevent metal dust and reduce system failures.
5. The gears, racks and guide rails of the cutting machine should be regularly maintained and lubricated to prolong the life of the parts, which is of great help to the cutting quality of the workpiece.
6. The operator should regularly check the horizontal and vertical limit switches.
Precautions:
One: Prevention of fire
1. Regularly check whether the entire gas path is well sealed, because the working raw materials used by the cutting machine are flammable gases such as acetylene, propane, and liquefied gas.
2. The gas source part of the cutting machine should be kept away from open flames, and carbon dioxide or other corresponding fire extinguishing devices with normal performance should be placed near the open flames.
3. When adjusting the fire, the operator should control the fire in time to avoid fire.
2: Prevent electric shock
1. Do not touch any electrical components in the electrical cabinet and the console during power-on or machine operation. Otherwise you will be electrocuted.
2. Do not operate the switch button with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
3. Do not replace electrical components or check wires with electricity, otherwise you will get electric shock or injury.
4. Maintenance personnel with corresponding technical qualifications should maintain the equipment in strict accordance with the electrical maintenance technical specifications in order to avoid accidents.
3: Prevent damage
1. To avoid collision when the cutting machine is running, always pay attention to whether there are people or other objects in front of you.
2. After each cutting, the cutting torch should be raised to a higher position to avoid hitting the steel plate and breaking the cutting torch.
3. Mechanical maintenance personnel should ensure that the machine is in a shutdown state when performing mechanical maintenance. And hang warning signs to prevent man-made accidents when the machine suddenly runs.
4. When the machine is running for a long time, do not directly touch the heat sink and other heating elements on the module with your hands to avoid burns.
4. Operation precautions
1. If there is air leakage in the machine pipeline of the CNC cutting machine, it cannot be turned on. Pay attention to inspection before turning on the machine.
2. After starting the machine, check whether there are obstacles on the working surface and the surface of the guide rail. If there are any obstacles, they must be removed.
3. Non-operators are not allowed to start the machine at will, and operators are not allowed to leave their jobs at will.
4. Immediately press the red emergency stop switch if you encounter an emergency during the operation to avoid accidents.
5. Technicians should command and coordinate when repairing and maintaining CNC cutting machine tools.
6. Close all air valves. Before closing, let out the remaining air in the air passage.
7. If there is leakage in the pipeline, cut off the power immediately.
