1. Steam flushing: The steam is flushed from top to bottom to push the air out of the steam chamber and the condensed water to flow out. During this process, the supplier of the EPP incubator opens the upper steam inlet valve and the lower condensate discharge valve.
2. Transverse steam: make the steam sweep from one side of the steam chamber to the material, and then reach the other side after penetrating the material. Now close the condensate valve on one side and open the steam inlet valve. At the same time, the steam inlet valve on the opposite side is closed, and the condensate valve is opened, so that the steam is ejected from the opposite direction. If there is a thin flange in the mold, the steam should preferably pass through the flange so that the material trapped in the flange can also be melted.
3. Pressure holding: After passing the steam horizontally, it needs to pass the pressure holding or double-sided steam melting process. During this process, open the steam inlet valve and close the condensate discharge valve, so that the pressure gradually reaches the peak value.
Fourth, cooling. After the steam is introduced, the temperature inside the mold generally reaches 140°C. In order to ensure smooth demolding of the product, it is necessary to lower the mold temperature to 70°C.
Fifth, demoulding. After the internal pressure is relieved and the temperature is lowered to the allowable demolding temperature, the demolding operation can be carried out.
Six, drying stereotypes. Generally, the drying temperature is set to 60 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and the drying room should keep the air dry and the ventilation condition good.
