1. Advantages

②The raw material of polystyrene foam sheet, polystyrene itself has good low thermal conductivity. After being processed into foam, a tight honeycomb structure is added, which reduces the thermal conductivity again and forms a high thermal resistance and low linear expansion. Features. In addition, eps foam board has extremely low density, low price, and stable chemical structure, making it one of the better thermal insulation materials.
③Excellent strength and high pressure resistance.
④Electronic foam plastic sheet has strong compressive strength, but even if the sheet is soaked in water for a long time, it can ensure good performance, bearing capacity and impact resistance.
⑤Excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance.
⑥The EPS foam board itself does not absorb water, and the surface of the foam material has no gaps, the water absorption rate is extremely low, and it has excellent moisture-proof and anti-seepage performance.
2. Disadvantages
The strength of the board is not high, the air permeability is poor, it is almost airtight, fragile and not easy to bend, and cannot be decomposed naturally after being discarded, causing white pollution and affecting the ecosystem.
3: EPS decorative lines
EPS decorative lines are increasingly used in exterior wall decoration of high-rise buildings due to their advantages of light structure, good durability and convenient installation.
1. Structural composition of decorative lines
The EPS decorative line is mainly composed of high-strength flame-retardant polystyrene, pasted with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh, and compounded with a special bonding protective layer (special polymer mortar).
2.The advantages of EPS decorative lines
①The weight is very light. EPS elements of the same specification weigh about 1/6 of the GRC trim line. One person can move.
②Attach firmly. It is bonded with polymer mortar, and organic glue is added to inorganic material cement mortar and stirred, which has a long service life and a firm bond. Proved by a large number of engineering applications, the method is safe and reliable.
③ Exquisite workmanship and diverse shapes. It is automatically cut by computer modeling, the line shape is arbitrary, and the processing is simple, which fully conforms to the design intent.
④Easy to install. Using special polymer bonding mortar, the mortar can be directly bonded to the wall, cut and spliced arbitrarily, one person, one board, installation and construction, reducing labor and improving construction efficiency.
⑤The lines are smooth and beautiful. Fill the gap between the two lines with material, and the gap disappears completely. It is also not prone to cracks after delivery.
⑥ Low-carbon environmental protection, green building construction. The EPS decorative line effectively reduces the energy consumption of construction equipment and completely solves the cold bridge and thermal bridge effects.
3. EPS decorative line installation and construction
Construction Conditions:
①Environmental requirements: The ambient temperature of the construction site and the temperature of the foundation wall are both greater than 5°C within 24 hours, and the wind force after construction is less than level 5.
②Construction surface requirements: The erection of external wall scaffolding shall meet the construction safety requirements.
③Exterior wall requirements: The exterior wall must be plastered and dried with cement mortar. Usual storage time is about 10 days. Make sure that the painted exterior wall surface reaches the level and vertical of the plastering standard (±4mm), and the painted surface is flat but not smooth.
④Installation surface requirements: There should be no foreign objects such as hollow drums, floating ash, weathered objects, and protrusions that affect the bonding strength. The horizontal inspection plane is flat and the deviation is less than 5mm.
