1. Pipe joints and oil plugs, most of the oil leakage of pipe joints occurs in the connection parts of the manifold block, valve base plate, tubular components, etc. with the pipe joint. When the pipe joint is connected with metric threads, the combined gasket will not be tightly sealed and leak. ;When the taper pipe thread is connected, the thread and the screw plug cannot be completely matched, and it is easy to leak oil. Once the above two situations occur, it is difficult to cure, and can only be filled and sealed with liquid sealant or PTFE raw material tape.
2. The oil leakage between the joint surfaces of the plate valve and the superimposed valve is mainly: collision with the O-ring mounting surface, scratches, long mounting screws, and insufficient strength, which will cause oil leakage. Solution: deal with the above problems separately.
3. There are many reasons for the oil leakage of the hydraulic cylinder. For example, the surface of the piston rod adheres to dust, mud and water, salt spray, surface bumps, eccentric loads, etc., which will cause seal damage and failure to cause oil leakage. The solution is to try not to subject the hydraulic cylinder to eccentric load, often wipe the dust on the piston rod, pay attention to avoid bumps and scratches, and do a good job in the cleanliness management of hydraulic oil.
4. The temperature rise and heat will cause serious leakage, which can cause the viscosity of the oil to decrease or deteriorate, and increase the internal leakage; if the temperature continues to increase, it will cause the sealing material to expand and increase the friction after heating, which will accelerate the wear and axial rotation. Or the sliding part leaks quickly. The expansion and deformation of the O-ring cause thermal aging, which cannot be restored to its original state after cooling, loses elasticity and fails, and gradually leaks.
