1. The weighing part adopts a special weighing controller and load unit, which can be controlled by the touch screen and PLC to accurately control the input amount of raw materials and minimize the deviation (±0.05kg).
2. In terms of material level control, the vibration-type foaming sensor controller imported from Korea is adopted, which can correctly sense the rising degree of foaming beads and maintain the deviation of foaming specific gravity to the minimum value (18-25g deviation is ±1%).
3. A temperature control device is installed on the pre-charging tank, which can control the temperature change of the feeding furnace to a minimum and achieve the effect of saving heat energy.
4. The steam-water separation device can effectively eliminate the occurrence of condensed water and the agglomeration of foamed particles, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the moisture content of raw materials.
