3. According to the actual situation of the workpiece to be processed, choose open processing or closed processing, and on the premise of avoiding interference, try to shorten the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece. In precision machining, the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece is generally 0.05 ~ 0.1 mm.
4. When moving the worktable or the spindle, the moving speed should be correctly selected according to the distance from the workpiece to prevent the collision from moving too fast.
5. Check whether the tension of the wire is sufficient. When cutting the taper, the tension should be reduced to half of normal.
6. When programming, the correct processing technology and route should be determined according to the actual situation to avoid early scrapping or cutting of the workpiece due to insufficient processing position or insufficient edge strength.
7. Check whether the feeding speed of the wire is appropriate.
8. Confirm whether the program and compensation amount are correct before wire cutting.

Cleaning work after EPS line cutting machine processing:
1. Clean up the electrical corrosion attached to the wire feeding system of the machine tool, such as guide wheels, conductive blocks, etc., to prevent the wire from vibrating during processing, or even short-circuit between the wire and the machine tool, resulting in abnormal cutting.
2. After processing for a period of time, there will be galvanic corrosion deposits in the working fluid tank. Every time you change the working fluid, you can add water to the daily cleaner, clean the inner cavity of the working fluid tank and the filter with clean cotton silk, rinse it with clean water, and inject clean working fluid.
3. Wipe the machine tool clean immediately after processing, and apply a layer of oil on the surface of the workbench.
