Only personnel who know how to use and operate are allowed to repair the foam molding machine or replace components! In order to prevent accidents or damage to machinery, the following principles must be observed during maintenance:
1. When a fault occurs, disconnect the power supply to stop the machine from working;
2. When the machine cannot be used normally, consult the relevant manual and instruction manual to determine the correct measures to be taken; before repairing or replacing components, the power must be turned off first.
3. The parts (components) removed during the overhaul should be replaced with the same new parts (components) on the spot, and the instruments used in the overhaul must be calibrated;
4. It is strictly forbidden to put flammables or metal objects in the electric cabinet or junction box;
5. Regularly check whether the cables and wires have damaged foam, and the maintenance items of the foam molding machine to prevent leakage or electric shock.
