①The steam pressure and the outer main pipeline reach 7-8 kg pressure.
②The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to 4-5 kg ​​for those with high degree of fusion; 2-2.5 kg for those with low degree of fusion. (Normal product control pressure: pressure gauge offline 0.3-0.4, online 0.5)
③Less water cooling, and it is best to control it in 0.5-2 seconds.
⑤ Try to reduce the water in the mold to the vacuum pipe.
idea:
Large flow and high temperature demoulding, the moisture content of the product is controlled at about 6-7%, and the negative pressure of the mold reaches 5 at the moment of vacuum cooling.

①Internal training: regular technical personnel exchange, sum up experience, and share good debugging skills.
