The foam is messy. When the slurry is squeezed out, it is not easy to deform. It has a certain resistance to pressure. It can connect itself into a sphere, forming a good spherical air hole.
The foam is the basis for the ground hole in the foam concrete head. In order to get a reasonable layout of the pores of the foam box, the foam box in Beijing must first have the skills required for the corresponding foam. Both basically react. No matter how many high-quality foams there are, there are many types of pores. The more chaotic the bubble, the longer the bubble is stable. The longer the bubble is stable, the better the chaos. The liquid film is tough and has good mechanical strength, and it is not easy to burst or excessively deform under the extrusion of the slurry.
The foam box can prevent most of the foam loss, and can firmly form the pores of the foam concrete after the initial setting. If the foam is not disordered, most or part of it will dissipate after pouring, resulting in little porosity, and the slurry will collapse shortly after pouring. This is commonly known as slump and results in a complete failure of the pour.
