1. Mainly based on the samples or drawings provided by customers, design the three-dimensional drawings of the foam mold factory products. Make mold planning according to customer requirements. Process requirements and manufacturing methods ultimately determine the mold processing plan and the selection of materials.
2. After the plan is determined, the 2D drawing of the foam mold product will be produced, and the foam model will be made by the model master.
3. The model is handed over to the foundry to cast the mold base and spare parts.
4. After the mold base is cast, the programming engineer will make the processing program, and the CNC machining center will process it.
5 After processing, finish each core, cavity, and spare parts, and check whether the accuracy scale is correct.
6. After each part is done, the installation master will assemble the scattered parts together. From this, a complete set of molds is completed, and the finished product is inspected at the factory to see if it is qualified, so a complete set of molds is completed. The samples produced by the mold test are qualified and can be sent to the customer.
