Prepare before use.
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the foam box forming machine and the electrical part of the mechanical part of the equipment are normal.
2. Perform corresponding operations on the equipment according to the instructions on the operation panel
3. Debug the equipment.
4. Set the operating parameters of the equipment
5. After completing all the tasks, the equipment is running, and the foamed plastics are fed into the equipment, and the foamed plastics items are compressed into blocks through the crushing mechanism-compacting mechanism-forming mechanism.
Instructions
1. Collect the EPS foam material and tear off the label paper stuck on it;
2. Throw the foam material into the hopper of the compactor;
3. The compactor automatically breaks the foam material and compresses the foam;
4. The result is that the 7kg/m³ foam is compressed into an EPS briquette with a density as high as 300-400kg/m³.
