The hydraulic system of the EPS sheet forming machine mainly controls the opening and closing of the template, the switch of the latch and the ejection of the sheet. The hydraulic system consists of control components such as oil cylinder, oil pipe, hydraulic pump and hydraulic solenoid valve. EPS sheet forming machine adopts hydraulic system to control mold opening, closing, ejecting parts and clamping. Because the hydraulic system has the characteristics of stability, high pressure and incompressibility, it is more superior than pneumatic devices. The clamping force is large and reliable, the production efficiency is high, and there is no leakage of the trigger.
