Comprehensive calculation and analysis of the temperature field of various thermal insulation walls in different seasons and different orientations over time and along the thickness of the wall, the following conclusions can be drawn:

1. A numerical calculation model of the real-time temperature field of the exterior wall of the building considering the effects of solar radiation and environmental temperature changes was established. Using this model, the temperature distribution of the wall and its change over time can be calculated conveniently and quickly. The establishment of this model lays the foundation for the calculation of the temperature stress of each functional layer of the external wall insulation system.

2.The temperature distribution of the exterior wall of the building is obviously affected by solar radiation, and its degree of influence is closely related to the season and orientation. In summer, the surface temperature of the west wall is peaked to high, and the temperature fluctuates greatly; in winter, the surface temperature of the south wall is peaked to high, and the temperature fluctuates greatly; in all seasons, the average temperature of the north wall is lower, and the temperature fluctuation is small; the wall in spring and autumn The temperature is between winter and summer.

3. Regardless of the internal or external thermal insulation form, or the self-insulation form of aerated concrete or the rock wool sandwich thermal insulation form, the temperature change in the insulation layer is relatively drastic, but the temperature of the external thermal insulation layer has a greater range. The temperature outside the insulation layer changes greatly, and the temperature inside the insulation layer changes little.
