Introduction to the characteristics of foam molding equipment:

2. High-efficiency vacuum system and condensing device are adopted to make the product molding speed fast, with low moisture content and high production efficiency.
3. The mold opening and closing adopts translational movement, which is completely reliable, and the mold clamping gap is easy to adjust, ensuring the tightness of the machine and no leakage.
4. It is made of high-quality welded and heat-treated, so that the machine has high strength, no deformation, and can withstand the expansion force of high-density products.
5. Teflon paint is used on the surface of the mold cavity to ensure that the product is easy to demould, improve the appearance of the product and prolong the life of the aluminum alloy plate.
