Check the parts of the foam cutter for goodness and adjust the level regularly. Add enough lubricating oil according to the lubrication regulations, inject saponified oil and water into the working fluid tank, keep it clean, and check whether the pipe joints are firm.
Check whether the connection between the machine tool and the control box is connected, whether the input signal is consistent with the movement direction of the traction plate, and adjust the high-frequency pulse power supply.
Check whether the vertical and horizontal strokes of the table are flexible, whether the machine can move forward and backward, and move the column to the middle position of the double shift plate. The limit switch stop should be adjusted within the required range to avoid disconnection at startup. The motor needs to be turned off when the column is moved to the neutral position. Do not turn off the switch when toggling. To avoid inertia, move the post to break the molybdenum wire, and even the nut is cordless. After completing the above checks, the machine can be turned on.
To install the workpiece, place the workpiece to be cut on the mounting table and fix it with the platen screws. When cutting the entire cavity, the workpiece and mounting table cannot touch the wire frame. When cutting the die, the molybdenum wire should be installed through the reserved hole on the workpiece before cutting.
When cutting the workpiece, start the computer, press the wire button, wait for the guide wheel to rotate before starting the working fluid motor, and open the working fluid valve. If it stops working after cutting or machining, it is first necessary to turn off the frequency conversion, cut off the high-frequency power supply, and then turn off the working hydraulic pump. After the working fluid on the guide pulley is lost, the drum motor needs to be turned off.
The working fluid should be kept clean and the pipeline unobstructed. In order to reduce the electrical corrosion in the working fluid, foam can be placed in the workbench, reflux tank and working fluid tank for filtration, and the working fluid tank and filter should be cleaned regularly. Change the working fluid.
Keep table trawls, ball screws and rolling guides clean regularly. Do not let dust enter, so as not to affect the movement accuracy.
When the drum shakes or vibrates when changing direction, stop using it immediately, check whether the relevant parts are loose, and adjust it in time.
Kerosene should be injected into the idler bearing 1-2 times a week to maintain cleanliness and service life.
Particular attention is paid to the careful maintenance and cleanliness of the console unit.
The operator of the foam cutting machine shall not tamper with the electrical components and console devices. If any problem is found, the machine shall be stopped immediately and the maintenance personnel shall be notified for overhaul.
At the end of work or after get off work, it is necessary to cut off the power supply, wipe the machine tool and control equipment, keep the computer clean, clean the construction site (to avoid dust flying), especially the sliding surface of the machine tool guide rail, and add good oil, and make good connection and operation records.
