The unqualified features and reasons of EPS pre-engine products are as follows:
1. Insufficient feed, the product is not completely filled with material, the particles are very loose and basically not formed;
2, raw (poor fusion degree), rough surface, high moisture content, not completely bonded between particles, broken by hand, less than 70% of the particles are not broken;
3. Bending, the surface of the product is uneven, a little radian, the cause is difficult to demould, and the ejector pin ejects the product inconsistently;
4. Damaged, not sorted out in time, knocked out; demoulding wind is strong, the ejector pin is inconsistently dropped and broken;
5. Swelling, the surface of the product is protruding and uneven, the water cooling time is too short, and the curing time is not enough, which will cause swelling. The thicker the place, the easier it is to cause swelling.
6. Dirty, oil stains, stains, mixing and other phenomena caused by not paying attention to cleaning during the production process;
7. Flash, the length or width of more than 2mm, is called flash; the damage of the mold will also cause flash. Parts products, structural parts products with more molds crossing, will cause flash.
The forming process of EPP pre-expandering machine is basically the same as that of EPS. EPP raw materials are generally purchased from outside. It is a closed-cell foamed sphere produced from polypropylene, nucleating agent, foaming agent and auxiliary additives. The density is about 14~60kg/m3, and the color can be customized according to customer requirements. Before EPP foaming, the material should also be stored in an anti-static warehouse to remove moisture and eliminate static electricity for curing.
The bad phenomena that often occur after the EPP pre-conditioning machine is formed are as follows:
1, uneven;

3. The flash edge exceeds the requirements (the flash edge of general packaging foam products is controlled within ≤ 2mm);
4. Crack and raw (welding time is not long enough);
5. Insufficient feed;
6, mixing;
7. The thimble is concave, which is allowed to be controlled within 2mm;
8. Damaged.
