The so-called EPS foam machine is a kind of equipment used in the chemical industry such as processing foam and sponge. Currently, lasers are mainly used for cutting. Due to the fine cutting of the laser beam, it is not easily deformed, the cut is smooth, and the edges are not blurred, so it is widely used in various fields at present. Of course, in the process of using a foam cutting machine, it is inevitable that it will cause malfunctions and require repairs. Let’s talk about the matters needing attention in maintenance.
Only people who know how to do this should repair or replace parts! In order to prevent accidents or machine damage, the following principles must be observed during inspection:
1. When a failure occurs, disconnect the power supply and stop the machine;
2. When the machine cannot be used normally, please refer to the instruction manual and operation manual to determine the correct measures to be taken; before checking or replacing parts, the power must be turned off.
3. The parts (pieces) removed during the inspection shall be replaced with the same new parts (pieces) at the same place. Instruments used in the inspection must be calibrated.
4. It is forbidden to place flammables or metal objects in the electrical cabinet or junction box;
5. Regularly check whether the cables and wires are damaged to prevent leakage or electric shock.
