After the EPS sheet forming machine drains the condensed water in the steam pipeline and the compressed air pipeline, close the stop valve. Check whether the steam and compressed air inlet pressures meet the requirements. Turn on the power switch and check whether the power indicator light is normal. Use the start and stop buttons of the oil pump to jog the oil pump to check whether the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is correct. Use the cooling and cooling stop buttons to check whether the air-cooled motor is running forward. The hydraulic pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the large pump and the small pump respectively through two relief valves. Check whether the compressed air pressure is enough to 0.6MPa. Whether the valve action is flexible and reliable.
