(1) Safety device controlled by electric contact pressure gauge
There are six electric contact pressure gauges, of which three on the electric control box control heating I, heating II, and heating III respectively. When the pressure is reached, the pointer contacts contact, the intake valve is closed, and the next action is performed. There are two electric contact pressure gauges on the trigger to limit the pressure protection, respectively limit the pressure of the left and right cavity and the surrounding cavity, so that it is controlled within 0.1 ~ 0.11MPa. When the pressure of any cavity exceeds 0.11MPa, all the intake valves of the trigger machine are closed, the exhaust valves and air cooling valves are all opened, and the cavity pressure of the trigger machine is released to ensure that the cavity pressure does not exceed the maximum limit.
(2) Mechanical safety device controlled by safety valve
A full-open safety valve is installed on the main intake pipe of the EPS sheet forming machine, and its opening pressure is 0.12MPa. In the case of overpressure in the cavity of the trigger machine and failure of the electric contact pressure gauge, it can play a protective role, keep the pressure stable for a short time, and give the operator sufficient time to close the main steam valve urgently. The safety valve must be inspected by the relevant departments on a regular basis, once a quarter, and when the equipment has been shut down for more than 15 days, it must be inspected before operation.
(3) Safety devices for electrical control
The mold cavity must be locked before heating, and each process time of heating I, heating II, and heating III is limited by PLC programs. When the heating time is up, the intake valve will be automatically closed to ensure that even if the first two protection failures The equipment is still in safe operation.
