The steam required by EPS foam molding machine must be saturated steam, and the pressure level of steam is 0.6-0.8mpa. In the production process of EPS foam plastic machinery, whether the steam is saturated is very important. If the steam pipe is too long, the steam pipe is too small, and the steam pressure of the boiler is not enough, it is easy to form water vapor, which will affect the quality of the whole EPS foam products.
The compressed air required by EPS foam molding machine must be purified, free of water and dust.
