Prerequisites for the use of EPS foam machinery:
1. The steam required by the EPS foam plastic machine must be saturated steam, and the pressure of the steam is 0.6–0.8Mpa. Whether the steam is saturated with steam in the production process of EPS foam plastic machinery is very important. If the steam pipe is too long, the steam pipe is too small, and the steam pressure of the boiler is not enough, it is easy to form water vapor, which will affect the quality of the entire EPS foam product.
2. The compressed air required by EPS foam plastic machinery must be purified, water-free and dust-free gas.
3. Expandable polystyrene (EPS) raw materials for the production of EPS foam machinery must be dry and powder-free particles within the validity period. If the EPS raw material has exceeded the service life, the foaming agent in the EPS raw material will be volatilized into the air, and it cannot be guaranteed that the EPS raw material can emit the correct magnification. Too much powder in the raw material will block the EPS foam molding machine. The feeding port of the machine material barrel will also block the ventilation groove in the pre-expansion machine material barrel, so that the emitted particles are easy to agglomerate and the foaming cloth is uniform and other defects.
