It turns eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) to big and light foam beads through steam heating. Continuous production for feeding, heating and ejecting foam beads.PID steam and compressed air automatic adjusting to achieve different steam temperature for different density requirement. Temperature tolerance is ±0.2℃, temperature remain stable. It achieves constant temperature and constant pressure foaming, ensure the foamed beads density evenly, foaming accuracy ±1%.
The machine includes pre-expander, drying bed, high-pressure feeding fan, screw conveyor, material silo and all other necessary parts.
It is controlled by PLC system and it has touch screen which can realize a full automatic cycle operation of material feeding, steam feeding, temperature controlling, foaming and discharging.
Material barrel adopts full stainless steel,reliable performance, reasonable structure, stable quality, high production efficiency, low energy consumption.
EPS beads by feeding, blowing, enter the fluidized bed drying, then through a fan delivery device into the silos, complete material foaming process. Two process of foaming cycle.
Steam-Water discharge device can avoid the solidification of the water and the lumping of the foam, thus it can reduce the water entrainment rate of the material.
