01CONTROL SYSTEM

The whole process, including filling, stream, heating, de-mould and conveying, is automatic and can be controled remotely with the support of PLC (Siemens) and industrial touch screen (Customized 15”) with WIFI support.

Then, all frames need sand blasting treatment to get rust prevention. Anti-corrosive primer and finishing coat ensure anticorrosion performance and lengthen foam machine’s working life.
